Registration

Parents must provide us with the required emergency and immunization information prior to their child attending Discovery Learning Center.

All new students must pay a non-refundable registration fee. Continuing clients will pay the registration fee annually unless the child has been attending continually with no more than one week absence period.

Medical Requirements

We will provide you with a medical information form that must be completed prior to your child attending Discovery Learning Center. To protect your child and the other children that are entrusted to us, all children must be up to date in inoculations for Polio, Measles, German Measles, Mumps, Diphtheria, Pertussis, HIB, Hep B and Tetanus (there may be others required by the Dept. of Health, we will update this list as necessary). Additionally, we ask that you keep your child home when he or she shows sign of a fever, fresh cold, sore throat or stomach virus. If a fever or illness develops during the day, we will notify you so you can pick your child up. Your child in most cases can return within 24 hours of being placed on medication. We administer medications at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for your convenience.
